The event promoted innovation and talent in the media industry with the presentation of digital projects in Latin America.
The initiative came from Internet Media Services (IMS), digital marketing company in the region, which organized the contest “Media Accelerator Program (MAP)” for the first time.
MAP is a contest that connects companies in an early stage of development with the media and marketing community through the Festival of Media LatAm.
The seven finalists were HUNT Mobile Ads, Vurbia Technologies International, Kontextua, Frenys, vFound, Redemobi and KidBox and one of them will receive the award Festival of Media Latam Hot Company of The Year.
640 people attended the Festival of Media LatAm 2011. The audience was composed essentially by members of the media industry, advertising agencies, creative managers, managers of Internet companies and managers of companies specializing in measuring digital markets.
